Provider Terms.

These terms explain the expected rules for recovery companies, drivers, vehicles, documents, service areas, and marketplace operations.

Draft Provider Terms

Provider rules must match the real operating model.

Review these terms with a qualified UAE lawyer before provider onboarding, payouts, document approval, and job assignment go live.

1. Provider Relationship

These Provider Terms describe the expected rules for recovery companies that register or operate through the CarDash marketplace.

Providers may operate as independent service providers responsible for their own company licensing, staff, drivers, vehicles, insurance, compliance, and recovery operations.

2. Provider Registration

Providers may be required to submit company information, trade license details, operating emirates, service areas, contact details, bank information, drivers, vehicles, and service capabilities.

CarDash may approve, reject, suspend, or request additional information from providers before or after activation.

3. Documents and Compliance

Providers must submit accurate, valid, and up-to-date documents where required, including company documents, driver documents, and vehicle documents.

Providers are responsible for keeping documents valid and updating CarDash when documents expire, change, or become invalid.

4. Drivers and Vehicles

Providers are responsible for ensuring that drivers are qualified, licensed, trained, and legally permitted to perform recovery services.

Providers are responsible for ensuring vehicles are suitable, registered, maintained, insured, and capable of performing assigned recovery services.

5. Service Capabilities

Providers should only accept jobs they are capable of performing safely and professionally.

Service capability may include Standard Recovery, Sport Car Recovery, Luxury Recovery, Basement Recovery, Heavy Vehicle Recovery, Motorbike Recovery, Boxed Recovery, and related services.

6. Job Acceptance and Performance

Providers and drivers should respond to assigned jobs promptly, maintain accurate availability, update job status, and complete recovery work professionally.

Repeated cancellations, poor service quality, delayed responses, unsafe behavior, or inaccurate availability may affect provider access.

7. Payments, Fees, and Settlements

Provider payouts, service fees, cash payment settlement, refunds, deductions, and commission rules should be defined clearly before launch.

Providers may be required to reconcile cash payments, invoices, refunds, disputes, and platform fees through CarDash financial workflows.

8. Customer Experience

Providers and drivers should treat customers professionally, follow safety practices, respect property, communicate clearly, and provide the selected recovery service.

Customer ratings, complaints, disputes, and support cases may be used to monitor service quality.

9. Suspension or Removal

CarDash may suspend or remove provider access for non-compliance, expired documents, unsafe activity, customer complaints, fraud risk, poor performance, or breach of provider requirements.

Final suspension and removal rules should be reviewed and approved before launch.

10. Updates to Provider Terms

CarDash may update these Provider Terms as the provider portal, payout model, compliance workflow, service capabilities, or operational requirements evolve.

The latest version should be published and accepted by providers where required.
